1. The preview
SeamTrip is in an early preview. Itineraries, timetables, hotels and prices may be samples or estimates and can change. A “reservation” in the preview is a request: no payment is taken and nothing is booked until we confirm it with you by email or WhatsApp.
2. Your account and signing in
Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You can sign in with email and password, with Google, with Apple, or with a one-time code sent to your WhatsApp number; keep access to that account or phone safe — anyone who can read the code can sign in. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time.
3. Travel information
We plan with buffers and check connections carefully, but transport can be delayed or cancelled by operators, weather or other events outside our control. Allow time for connections and follow the operator’s instructions.
4. Bookings (when payments launch)
The price, what is included and each item’s cancellation and refund rules will be shown before you pay. Hotels and transport are provided by their operators under their own conditions.
4b. Stays on partner sites and part bookings
Stays marked “Book on Airbnb” (or another provider) are booked on that provider’s own site under its terms and are not charged by SeamTrip. You can book part of a plan now and the rest later; each part is its own booking with its own cancellation rules.
4c. Places to visit, prices and photos
Opening hours, entry fees (shown in Thai baht, the way you pay at the gate) and tips are a guide and can change — the place itself decides. Prices in other currencies are estimates at the day’s reference rate. Photos come from Wikimedia Commons contributors under their licences (credited on each photo) or from Google Maps when shown as such.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the service, try to access other people’s data, or copy our content or data at scale.
6. Liability
To the extent the law allows, SeamTrip is not liable for indirect losses or for services provided by third-party operators. Nothing here limits your rights under Thai consumer protection law.
